I have done a pretty LOTV card topper that has been sold, so thought that I must show it before it goes off with our Royal Mail. I have always adored the LOTV faries and this one being no exception. I have had her for a number of years and like all treasured stamps, is used again and again.
The card that I used is Pion Design. i am so lucky to live near a great craft shop that sells Pion and Maja craft papers. I have coloured the fairy with Copics. She has a little pink glitter on her dress and wings.
The large flower is a Magnolia Doohickey doily die and I have used coffee filter papers again, dyed to the shade of pink that I wanted and a deeper pink rose in it's middle. Some of the smaller flowers have been bought and some made from water colour paper..
The die that I used for the top of the card is from Marianne dies, the paper was a little too delicate so I die cut it again on white card, glued it together to strengthen it.
