15th April 2017
Good afternoon, hope to find you all enjoying the Easter break. Today I would like to show you something that I have done for one of my lovely grandchildren. She has just had her bedroom decorated in pretty shades of pink with lots of butterflies. I was asked if I could do a large wooden alphabet letter and decorate it to put on the wall. Never one to resist a challenge, this is the end result, hope you like it. Must admit....I want one !
I covered the letter with white Gesso and then pink chalk paint. The flowers are Foamiran, the little ones as well. I covered the butterflies in sparkly glass glitter, added some flat back pearls, all in all, very pleased with myself !

Hello lovely crafters, today I would like to show you a few of my cards and toppers that I have made recently. To start with, this card was made using the lovely Pion Design , Theadore and Bella, so very pretty. I am fortunate to live near a lovely lady that stocks both Pion and Maja.
I added Foamiran flowers and pretty white pearl stamens.
I did a couple of Shabby Chic style card tags, for that special gift for a special person.

12th March, 2017, A Card for a Friend.
Hi , Hope you are all having a lovely day. I have a card to show you that I made for a friend. I used an image from a craft CD, so it was nice to not colour something in, especially when I was feeling a little bit under the weather. I added a large heart, distressed on the edges with Tim Holtz inks as well as the card stock, which was from Lemon Craft. The flowers I made using mulberry paper.
I did the inside of the card to complement the front.
The images on the CD are so pretty, it was hard to choose which one to use.
Hope you like my card, thank you for taking a peek, have a lovely day xx

2nd March 2107 Into Oval Cards
Hi, Good morning, beautiful day, cold but the sun is shining. Storm Doris passed us by, one bird table over and a bit of plastic sheeting and that was it. Guess we are very lucky living in the Don Valley so we escape most of the bad weather....roll on Summer, not long to wait now.
Today I have another oval creation to show you using the lovely Tonic die that I am so enjoying using. The image , if I can remember is from Pion, had it quite a while cut from a sheet of other pretty ladies.
I had another go at doing the Foamiran flowers...getting better ! Added some dried gypsophilia to add to the romantic Shabby chic look.
A closer peep at the flowers.
Have a lovely day, Hugs xx
