A Coffee and Cream Mother's Day Card

Good morning, This is a pretty Mothering Sunday card that I have done, in shades of coffee and cream.  The doily die is a new addition to my never ending collection, it is a Marianne die, so very pretty, love it. The flowers are a Spellbinder daisy die, you can layer up as many as you wish to get the effect that you desire. Here I have done three layers and popped a pearl bead in the middle.

A side  view of my card. I used the same cardstock for the inside which is part of my stash.

Hope you like the card, thank for taking a peep, take care xxx

A Shabby Chic Style Card.

Hi ! everyone, Not much time just lately, there is so much to do and so little time.  I have done a pretty Shabby Chic style card, always my favourite to do.  I distressed the edges of the card and added a touch of white paste.  The rolled daisies are from Spellbinders, hardly used them as they got to the bottom of my flower dies, but loving how they turned out.  A few pretty pink hand made flowers , die cut leaves and two memory Box die cut Madera Corners......done  !!

Hope you like my card....must dash...take care  xxx

A Shabby Chic Wedding Card

Today I would like to show you a pretty Shabby Chic card that I have made for a friend who has a wedding coming up soon. I loved making this card. I used the stunning ' My Wedding ' scrapbook paper pad by Zaneta Nawrot, .  The paper pretty much does it all as it is so beautiful
I did an easel style card, which I love to do. I added a fancy tag to match the card which slips between the ' easel '  so that a message can be written.
The border was die cut and embossed using the same card.  The die for this is from Heartfelt Creations, Italiana . I added some pretty white lace across the top and bottom that had pearls, just perfect for the look that I wanted.

A Celibration Card, On Your Special Day.

Welcome to my blog at the beginning of the New Year. I hope that you all had a wonderful holiday. I wish you health and happiness for 2016.
Today I would like to show you a pretty card that I made during the holidays. I so wanted some very pale pastel background card but had none in my stash, so I embossed white card and then touched up the roses here and there really gently with my Copic pens, was very pleased with the results. I added an elegant oval from Spellbinders, hand made pink roses and lots of die cut leaves, which I kept white.
